Returning your online orders has never been EASIER!
You can simply choose to Return/Refund & Exchange your purchase online in the convenience of your home, or you can always Return/Refund & Exchange your order at your nearest store!
We always strive to best serve you; therefore your Returns/Refunds & Exchanges are hassle-free, online and in-store. To ensure a smooth process, please check the following terms and conditions:
Returns
- If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- In case you will return online, you can either create a return request or call our customer care hotline on 16678 to create one for you. Once you/they do, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s)
Refunds
- Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through email or phone that we have received your returned item(s).
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s) & this takes 7 working days.
- If your return is approved, in case you have paid using a bank card (debit or credit), the amount will be refunded directly on your card.
- If you pay using cash on delivery method, the amount will be refunded to your electronic/online wallet.
- If you pay using Buy Now Pay Later method (valu, souhoola, sympl & etc..), the money will be refunded to the account of the method you paid with.
- No partial refunds are offered for purchases made through bank installments.
- In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us within 30 day in the same condition as supplied.

According to our returns & exchanges policy, the below products cannot be returned or refunded
due to hygiene reasons to ensure the safety of Carina’s customers:

- Corsets
- Socks & Tights
